When you talk about late night Pioneers, you think Carson, Leno, Letterman. These three guys are legends, to say the least.

Of the three, I grew up on Letterman! He was just the best. Always had great interviews, funny moments, sack and sacks of letters, and those always adorable pet tricks.

When I heard that Letterman was retiring, it was proud of his legacy, but bummed that he was leaving. I am excited to see what Stephen Colbert brings to late night, but it wont be the same with Dave making his exodus.

30+ years in any form of media is an amazing accomplishment. Congrats Dave! Good luck with where ever you go next in life!
