Last night was a blast at the Heart of Illinois Fair at Peoria’s Expo Gardens! My son Cruz helped me show pigs in the “Celebrity Swine Showing Competition”, the grandstands were packed for the truck and tractor pulls, and you could hear kids cheering with delight riding the rides.
After our pig showing, we hit the Commodities Tent and knocked out a few pork burgers, grabbed a corn dog, AND ate my fair favorite red velvet funnel cake. I’m ready for more!!!!
