David Draiman and his band mates in Disturbed have had a load of hits in their career. Most of those songs are metal anthems, with Draiman growling, yelling, and belting out some pretty kick ass abilities. Well, fast forward to 2016, and David has done it again. The band decided to tee up their version of the ‘Sound Of Silence’ on their new album. You know it well by now. The band was concerned that it might not go over well, especially since their fan base are mostly metal fans. Those fears were not founded, however. ‘The Sound Of Silence’ has gone Number one on the Rock chart, and has stayed there for weeks.

Last week, David and Disturbed were the guests on ‘Conan’, and they performed ‘The Sound Of Silence’, and they absolutely killed it. Well, I should say David killed it. There has been some critics saying that he may have used ‘Auto-Tune’ or studio tricks to pull of the intense vocals of this song. Well, those voices are proven wrong by his performance on ‘Conan.’ He just simply kicked ass. Just watch!
