So, apparently, it’s very smart to have a sex tape, and to somehow let a major web site or media publication broadcast that tape for the world to see. Yep, Hulk Hogan, who managed to have a sex romp with his buddy’s wife on tape, won his trial against ‘Gawker.com’, who posted the video in dramatic fashion in the last year. The ‘Hulkster’ has been awarded 115 million dollars! Holy crap! And, according to TMZ, there may be more money coming in the punitive damage case coming up.

So, add in the Erin Andrews case, and her massive payout, along with the Hulk, and there is a new precedent going on! Yes, you WILL get rich if one of these idiot media sites post your private material. Love it or hate it, celebrities still have rights, and even though they may be up to bad behavior, it’s still not cool or your business to see them in a very sensitive situation that involves nudity, or sexual behavior. So, the Hulk is happy! Just watch his celebration in court!
