So, the folks in Aurora, Illinois are quite frond of their history with “Wayne’s World”, yep, Wayne and Garth and their epic movie are celebrating their 25th Anniversary, and the city had some fun celebrating on the 4th of July. In case you don’t know, the movie was set in Aurora, and the city and it’s landmarks were featured in the the two movies produced in the early 1990’s. It seems as if 1990’s nostalgia is at it’s peak right now, so, give some credit the organizers of the ‘Headbanging’ celebration in Aurora this past Tuesday. A crowd of 1,000 people set a new world record for headbanging, as they all were in unison as Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody” was played by an orchestra. Party on, Wayne! Cheers!
