So, it looks like Ozzy is going from jamming with Tony Iommi and Black Sabbath to his favorite solo axeman, Zakk Wylde, who is returning to the fold for Summer 2017! Yep, you heard right, Zakk Wylde, the Black Label Society leader and Ozzy guitarist from the 1990’s and the early 2000’s. Ozzy is playing a handful of festival dates this Summer and he has his favorite solo band backing him up. This includes Wylde, along with bassist Blasko, drummer Tommy Clufetos, and keyboard player Adam Wakeman.
Ozzy is also planning a new album with this lineup, and it’s going to re-energize his fan base with Zakk Wylde returning to the band. Zakk replaces Gus G. who has been with Ozzy’s band since 2008. As you know, we are qualifying you now for the Bud Light ‘Red Hot Summer Of Rock!’, which includes tickets for the Chicago Open Air Festival, where Ozzy closes out one of the nights with Zakk!
