The dudes in Rise Against hail from Chicago, just a hop, skip, and a jump from the River City of Peoria. These guys are platinum selling punk rockers, who are socially conscious, full of attitude and swagger, and really catchy, great songs. They’ve been at it now for some time, and they have certainly honed their skills as one of the best bands in modern Rock. Their new album was dropped last Summer, titled “Nowhere Generation”, and it’s damn good.
