Ohhh here’s a great Thowback Thursday for ya metal heads!

Slipknot dug through their vaults to give their fans a peak what 1999 was like for them. If you have been keeping track their self titled debut album turns 20 this year, released on June 29, 1999.

Welcome to Our Neighborhood is a 28-minute documentary the band’s label sent to record stores in 1999 to promote the album. Welcome was released later on DVD in 2003. It’s been out of print for many years, but now you can watch it on Slipknot’s YouTube channel or here in the blog. 🙂
