I have some really sad news. The ‘Most Interesting Man in the World’, is leaving us, literally, and heading to Mars. Yep, Dos Equis is retiring our favorite beer character, as he flies off into space and heads for Mars. What? Dos Equis is parting ways with the ‘Most Interesting Man in the World.’, and retiring the character. His real name is Jonathan Goldsmith, and he’s 77. Looks like retirement for our favorite guy! Boo!

Dos Equis is allegedly going for a younger guy, but they haven’t revealed who. The new and last commercial shows the ‘Most Interesting Man in the World’ being sent off to Mars. You can watch it here, now. So, this is an end of an era! ‘Stay Thirsty My Friends’, indeed! The voice over says the following on the last commercial, “His only regret is not knowing what regret feels like.” Ha! Classic!
