Staind Frontman Aaron Lewis Earns CMA Nominations

Staind frontman, Aaron Lewis, has earned some nominations for his venture into country music.

Aaron’s debut country single “Country Boy,” has received two Academy Of Country Music nominations. TWO! Lewis was even nominated in the “Vocal Event of the Year” category for this song. The song is from his country debut album, “Town Line,” in stores now.

You might be wondering why I am talking about this on a rock station. Well, as you remember, he is the lead singer for Staind, and this is, as of now, just a side project. Granted, a pretty good side project that debuted at # 1 on the Billboard Country Albums chart and # 7 on the Top 200 Albums Chart. He is even working on his second album now. With a release sometime this Spring.
