Sevendust, Creed And Alter Bridge Announce Side Projects

Holy side projects, Batman!It’s nearly impossible to keep them straight and this is just between three bands; Sevendust, Creed and Alter Bridge. Check this out:
Sevendust guitarist John Connolly and bassist Vince Hornsby have teamed up with drummer Scott Phillips (Creed/Alter Bridge) and singer-guitarist Eric Friedman (Creed). Their new band is called ‘Projected’ and their debut is set to come out later on this year.
Other Sevendust members, Clint Lowery and Morgan Rose, also have a side project called ‘Call Me No One’ and their debut is expected in May.
Lowery and his brother Corey, along with Will Hunt and Troy McLawhorn, both of Evanescence and Brett Hestla, make up ‘Dark New Day.’ They will release a second album on February 28th titled “New Tradition”.
Mark Tremonti from Creed and Alter Bridge, recently announced his debut solo album “All I Was” and that is due out in the spring.
Alter Bridge singer Miles Kennedy is doing all the vocals on Slash’s second solo album that is due out in May.
And finally, Creed singer Scott Stapp has a double solo album due out this fall and a book titled “My Confession” slated for release in October.
